Client Agreement

Between [client] and Maw'n Paws

I agree to the rate of [TBD upon initial consultation] per visit (plus GST).

The services performed shall be paid for at this rate and the client takes full responsibility for payment of fees upon services rendered.

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all returned cheques

I understand and agree that if I cancel a visit within 24 hours of scheduled start time I will be charged the full amount for the missed visit $ .

I agree to give at least one weeks notice that I will be suspending my pet care service for more than two consecutive weeks. I understand that if I suspend my service for more than 2 weeks (10 business days) I will be charged the equivalent of 2 visits per week to maintain my regular pet care schedule. If I choose not to pay the above-mentioned fee, my pet care regular scheduling may not be guaranteed and may be filled.

In the event of a personal emergency I authorize Maw'n Paws to arrange for another qualified pet sitter/company to fulfill the pet care responsibilities. The client will be contacted in such case. All terms set forth in this contract will apply to the replacement. If my regular pet care professional goes away on vacation there will be a minimum of two weeks notice given to the pet parent and will provide at least two referrals options. It is up to the pet parent to make other arrangements.

If any person(s) will be entering your home while you are not there Maw'n Paws must be notified in advance. The pet sitter will not enter an occupied home under any circumstances we were not made aware of, nor will we allow entry to any person(s) we have not been made aware of.

Maw'n Paws will not be held responsible for any damages, illness, or injury caused to personal property, pet(s), other person(s), or to others personal property or pet(s) due to carelessness and/or negligence.

If my pet becomes ill I authorize Maw'n Paws to take my pet to my vet or nearest animal care facility and the expense is my responsibility as the owner.

Statutory holidays an additional fee of $10.00 will be added per visit

This signed contract is valid approval for future visits by permitting Maw'n Paws to accept e-mail reservations, telephone reservations with out additional signed contracts.

Maw'n Paws personnel may enter my home for the purpose of picking up/returning my pet(s), pet care services, and/or dog walking or pet taxi services.

Keys will be retained by Maw'n Paws as well as any access codes until the owner wishes they are returned. If keys are not kept on file a $10.00 pick up charge will apply. Keys will only be returned to the owner. Keys will not be hidden outside or locked in the house.
